The vibrant pool area combined with Chico's entertaining activities. Cleanliness throughout the hotel enhanced our comfort. A good experience as we explored lively nearby attractions too!

Service speed at the bar often lagged during busy hours, causing moments of frustration! The variety of the evening entertainment felt lackluster and uninspired after just a few days.

Unfortunately, the pool environment was not properly maintained , which affected our enjoyment. The availability of traditional Turkish cuisine was limited. Lastly, the efficiency of room cleaning was inconsistent, as some areas were overlooked.

The staff provided really good service, always eager to assist and enhance the overall experience. The food options became monotonous after a few days, particularly for those who are not fond of Turkish cuisine. While the drinks were limited to a few basic options, the entertainment, especially the engaging activities during the day hosted by Jimmy, was a highlight. Unfortunately, the hotel's location was somewhat isolated, requiring taxis to reach nearby bars and restaurants.

Chico, the entertainer, was just a jol-kept everyone involved and laughing. The food had lekker options and always something fresh at dinner. Rooms were cleaned daily.

Sunbed situation was pretty intense, had to fight off the early birds to get a good spot.

Great service from friendly staff! We loved the delicious desserts offered daily and the fresh breakfast options prepared right in front of us. The atmosphere was lively but still allowed for peaceful downtime.

This hotel provided an enjoyable experience, with a lovely pool area where relaxing music played daily and engaging evening activities like bingo led by the lively Chico. A minor downside was the limited variety of food options at times. Still, the staff enhanced our stay with their warmth and attentiveness.
